Description of services: One vehicle, 10 seater transit van. Special tie-down facility for two wheelchairs. Electric hoist for wheelchairs. 
Area covered: Raglan township and surrounding district. Normally only providing transport from Raglan and the district to hospital and other related medical and health appointments in the city. These are done by prior booking at Raglan house. Also provide outings if not otherwise booked to Raglan rest home residents as available.

Description of services: Cancer Society volunteer drivers provide transport for people with cancer to enable them to attend treatment at hospitals and cancer-related medical appointments in Hamilton (including Huntly, Te Awamutu and Cambridge. Volunteers use their own cars and To use the driving service you must be mobile and able/well enough to walk to and from the car. We are not able to drive people who are unable to use a seatbelt or on continuous oxygen.

The volunteer driving service operates from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  The volunteer driving service does not operate on weekends or public holidays.
